Opening the Direct tab from the home feed: the app's "screen refresh" set
(privacy settings and the inbox snapshot, sent while the feed is still in
front), the tab switch, then the inbox's own requests and, when the caller
describes a prefetched thread item, that thread's item and persona prefetch.
The blend membership and the search warm start are not sent here: the app
sends them once the thread is open, so they belong to
AndroidDirectThreadOpen. Not sent: the thread QuickPromotion query (its
context comes from the open thread's local metadata) and the
x-ig-prefetch-request: foreground header the app puts on
quick_reply/get (the Android header layer does not model it).
