Opening a 1:1 DM thread from the inbox. With refresh (the default) the user
re-enters the Direct tab first: the tab switch restarts the navigation chain
at the tab root, so the stage repeats the inbox refresh set, brings the
Direct tab to front, preloads the persona and then opens the thread. Without
it the thread is opened from the inbox already in front. The blend membership
and the search warm starts follow the thread navigation in both shapes. Not
sent: the thread QuickPromotion query (local thread metadata) and
IGDirectGetThreadItemsV2 (the refresh does not repeat it).
