What the caller launches the Android app with: nothing. Everything the
launch sends comes from the device (the push token, the camera facts, the
hardware decode block, and the battery/charging readings taken at request time
from the device's simulation), the app profile (the launch's version
constants) and the session. The push token is a device fact
(MobileDeviceState.pushToken): createAndroidIgpapi({ pushToken }) puts it
there, and the post-login burst registers it; a warm start registers none.
