the platform's app layer (AndroidApp, IosApp) to restore the session in
a new process.
The value is a detached copy: the running process keeps changing its own
state, the exported snapshot does not change with it. Process facts
(navigation, the screen stack, undelivered telemetry, the transport's
protocol state) are not part of it.
