    Interface PostLoginScenarioInputs

    Scenario inputs the caller's device/session provides to the bootstrap queries: the feed-surface device state and the surface/experiment parameters of individual queries. Every field is optional and omitting one keeps the builder's own default, so a production caller that models none of this keeps the current behavior.
