Make a registration Bloks GraphQL call via POST /graphql_www.

Each step sends triple-nested JSON: variables -> params -> params (JSON string) -> { client_input_params, server_params }

The call only sends: a step that reads a refusal from its answer checks it itself (checkRegistrationResponse with its own step check).
