The entrypoint screen is method-specific: the approve-from-another-device
screen schedules the has_been_allowed poll (readTwoFactorPollQpl). Every
captured entrypoint response — including the only 2FA capture we have — is
that screen. A parsed response that does not schedule the poll names some
other method, reported here as 'unknown' (the caller may refine it from the
method picker); a response that did not parse at all must be rejected before
this is called (isParsableTwoFactorEntrypoint).
The value uses the method-list vocabulary (TwoFactorBloksMethod) so a caller
can match defaultMethod against methods.
