The platform's screens, one value: the process's screen set over every
platform screen under its own ScreenId. It is the one writer of "which
screens the Android runtime has": each process installs the set of its build
(androidScreensFor), and no domain installs its own screens.
The explicit type keeps the declaration from expanding the whole screen
union, which now exceeds the compiler's declaration-serialization limit
(TS7056).
