Function createAndroidIgpapi

createAndroidIgpapi(options: AndroidIgpapiOptions): Promise<AndroidIgpapi>
Create an Android Instagram API runtime: the Promise facade, public and supported, over the same layer AndroidApp builds. Effect is the main path (Effect.runPromise(Effect.provide(program, AndroidApp(options)))); the facade stays for code built on it.

Start with seed on first run, then persist ig.export() and pass it back as snapshot on later runs to keep the same device, cookies, and session headers.

checkpoint continues the checkpointed client state only: the facade has no restore entry, so the checkpoint's screen and stack are not put back. To continue on the checkpoint's screen, use the Effect path — AndroidApp({ checkpoint }) plus one of the platform screen set's restores.
