    Tray on the Timeline.

    Returns only the stories (without the broadcasts). The tray_session_id is the process's tray session (MobileTraySession), never a caller's value: the app mints it once at cold start and the profile telemetry names the same id as story_ranking_token (without its dashes, the Android 451 recording).
