Protocol state of the native transport client for one origin, exactly as
Client.protocolDiagnostics() of @igpapi/transport reports it (the
transport's ProtocolDiagnostic, read-only; a field the transport adds
appears here too). Nothing in it is computed by the library.
origin — host:port, e.g. i.instagram.com:443.
protocol — protocol of the last request to that origin: 'h3' or 'h2'.
fallbackReason — why HTTP/3 was not used the last time, in the
transport's words; kept after HTTP/3 works again, so read it with protocol.
fallbackAtMs — when that happened, Unix milliseconds.
http3RetryInMs — milliseconds until the next HTTP/3 attempt (auto);
until then requests go over HTTP/2 without trying.
consecutiveFailures — HTTP/3 connection failures in a row; a working
HTTP/3 connection resets it.
On Android the transport never tries HTTP/3, so the fallback fields stay empty.
