What an action answers: its result, carrying the server answers its run
received under raw (answeredWith). A screen handle is the answer of
an action that continues into a screen and carries its own raw (the action's
answers first, then its visit's); a result that already has a raw keeps it,
merged with the run's; a result that is no object is boxed
(ActionValue); any other result — a record, an array, an instance of
a class — is itself with raw added.
