The network the device is on: the one fact every network-dependent wire value
is derived from (connection-type headers, network properties, the zero-rating
network interface, the Pigeon radio type, the body radio_type, the iOS feed
ranking signals). The x-fb-appnetsession-nid suffix the
transport writes is derived too (appNetSessionNetworkTypeOf). Each platform renders
it with its own spellings (MobileNetworkWire); iOS and Android spell the
same network differently, so a value of one platform is never reused on the
other.
The library's default is cellular LTE (DEFAULT_MOBILE_NETWORK, owner
decision); Wi-Fi is the caller's explicit choice.
