The trail of the open screens: the root the process's launch edge opened
(its screen and input), then, for every open screen, the edge it was
reached by (from an item, by the item's identity key) and the caller's
arguments, or the tab switch it was reached by — never the user's data. It reads the process's stack; the
screen on top must still be on top (ScreenNotOnTopError when a raw
navigation moved the app). Inside a running enter it is
ScreenTrailInsideEnterError, while another computation's transition runs
ScreenEnterConcurrentError, and an edge taken from an item whose key its
list holds twice is ScreenTrailAmbiguousItemError. It closes nothing: an
inner tab stays open, written after the screen it replaced.
