The account-access-context token the login home's process state issued (PreLoginFlow returns it); the request carries it in client_input_params, not in the echoed server_params.

The login home's account-recovery entry action (PreLoginFlow returns it): its server_params are the issued values the request echoes verbatim — device ids, the waterfall id, the context and the QPL marker/instance.

The login-home form's username field at the tap (the login home owns that input). The recording's form was blank, so the default is ''; a screen that holds a typed value passes it here.
