The app-launch burst of Instagram iOS 451 on a device that holds a session:
run it on every start of a restored session. Both 451 recordings are such
restarts; the burst right after a login is not recorded on 451, and the
requests the 425 post-login recording added are kept in IosPostLoginFlow.
Navigation: the process start resets the navigation state, the stored user
session starts an empty chain, and the home feed comes to front as the first tab (feed_timeline:1:cold_start in the
recording's x-ig-nav-chain from flow 0012 on).
Not part of it, though the app sends them in the same seconds: the five
realtime gateway streams (gateway.instagram.com/realtime,
test-gateway.instagram.com/{mqttbypass,streamcontroller,rpsignaling,lightspeed}),
which need a held-open HTTP/3 stream the transport cannot open yet,
and the Pigeon telemetry uploads.
