is sent while the feed is still in front; stage inbox (flows 0081–0090) once
the inbox is. Not sent: the inbox-header QuickPromotion query (flow 0080: the
unread count and a target name from the local inbox) and
IGDirectLogNotesImpressionMutation (flow 0091: ids of the notes the tray
displayed).
