Posts a comment on a media (POST api/v1/media/<id>/comment/). The signed body
follows the Android 450 capture for both the feed and reels surfaces. The
created comment's id (response.comment.pk) is the value later comment
actions (like, delete, reply) address.
nav_chain and container_module are the navigation's wire values
(NavigationWire): with the comments sheet in front over a surface, the
module is that surface's comments module (comments_v2_clips_viewer_reel,
comments_v2_feed_short_url); outside a modeled composer navigation the
module is left out.
