The login home's "Forgot password" action, when its action graph carries one: the issued server_params (device ids, waterfall, context, QPL ids) the account-recovery entry echoes. The aac is process state (aac above), not one of the action's params. The action is also the one source of the waterfall id the recovery steps chain — the screen that starts the flow echoes it from here, so no second copy travels beside it.

Opaque issued state for the recovery step, not part of the published surface: the raw Bloks AST is never a public value.
