This is the wire format Instagram's Android app echoes back on
caa.login.send_login_request and caa.reg.create.account.async after it
has obtained a device-integrity challenge nonce. The format is a protocol
detail (field names, version/type tags and the default error codes that
stand in for an unavailable keystore / Play Integrity provider), so it lives
in the private core package rather than in the public @igpapi/mobile /
