Projects the device telephony profile into the
client_input_params.si_device_param_network_info payload.
Returns undefined when the device carries no profile, so callers can omit
the key entirely. The returned object re-emits the profile in the captured
key order and in its recorded spelling — a numeric network_type stays a
number and a numeric string stays the string the app wrote; no value is
generated or normalized here. A real profile is a device/scenario
precondition (MobileDeviceState.networkInfo).
