The methods the picker actually offers. The 448 picker is a radio list: its
selection state is a local-state node whose initial is the preselected
method, and every option row tests that state's id against its own method
(a node whose first argument is the state id and whose second is the method).
The response's literal vocabulary also carries the whole method enum as a
cast list, so parseMethodPickerResponse cannot tell offered from merely
known. Anchored on the state id and argument positions, never on an opcode
name; undefined when the response has no such state or rows (an uncaptured
picker shape — the caller falls back to the literal scan).
