Log an arbitrary batch of events (into the one telemetry store) and send it
via pigeon_nest. Best effort: the events stay in the store unless the
delivery reported success, and the caller's sequence never fails on the
upload (telemetry is the delivery's business). Use this with building blocks
like videoViewSequence.
